With the new admin dashboard ushered in, it brings some tips for Admin users to activate or improve team's usage and performance in hireEZ. Several areas of opportunity are discussed in this article:

Increase the Qualification Rate
When the qualification rate is lower than the industry average, the system will give you a guide to share with your team to help the team optimize candidate quality in their hireEZ Projects.
Increase the Contact Rate
When not enough qualified candidates are being contacted because of the low email integration rate, you will be able to share a guide with the team about how to integrate their email to hireEZ.
When not enough qualified candidates are being contacted because of the low adoption rate, you can click "Activate inactive member" to see a summary report of which team members haven't logged in recently, so that you can encourage the relevant team members to increase their activity in the platform or reallocate licenses as necessary.
When not enough qualified candidates are being contacted because of low reach-out activity, by clicking the "Activate inactive members", you can see which team members are not actively contacting candidates in the platform, a remind the team about the benefits of leveraging this functionality to increase candidate conversion rates.
Increase the Reply Rate
- Recommend your team members to use email sequences to increase the reply rate.
- Suggest the team use the email delegation (send on behalf of) feature to increase their reply rate
- Share high-performing sequences. With some sequences in the team receiving a high response, the system will recommend it to the admin user to share with the team.
Increase the Schedule Rate
After reviewing the Good Fit profiles and engaging with these candidates, it is recommended to integrate the work calendar with hireEZ. This allows the team to more easily share their schedule with the candidates directly, and candidates can get access to your available time blocks with one click for an initial conversation.
By clicking "Share guide", you will be able to send a tutorial about how to use the calendar integration as part of their candidate outreach with the team.
