After you finish the AI Sourcing process, you will have a talent pool for your project. Ever wondered how to narrow down candidates based on their locations, skills, sourcing channels, or even contact information? More Filters can help you achieve the goal. When you are in your project pipeline, the More Filters feature allows you to review candidates in your talent pool from a particular sourcing channel or location.
From the upper right corner of the screen, you will find a drop-down filter menu that allows you to filter out specific candidates.
Available Filters
Location and Companies
You can type in the expected Location and Companies of your candidates.
During the AI Sourcing stage, you may open these filters up in order to have a larger number of candidates, but now you have the chance to find candidates that suit your needs within the talent pool.
Skills/Keywords and Experience
You can also reset your need for Skills and Keywords. At the AI Sourcing stage, you may have picked a few mandatory and preferred skills to search for the right candidates. By filtering within your pipeline, you are able to choose to look at candidates with specific skills.
Likewise, you can limit viewing candidates with certain years of Experience here. This filter will be helpful if your original search is a broad one or if you have not limited the experience criteria.
Notes and Tags
You can also use the filter here to search the Notes and Tags of the candidates added by you and your team members. This can be really helpful when you have made contact with or screened your talent pool and have edited the candidates’ profiles. You can search for keywords in candidates’ notes and view them in one list.
Similarly, you can search on the candidates’ Tags. Here you are able to do a Boolean search by choosing OR, AND, or NOT from the dropdown list on the left of the text bar. Just to keep in mind, you can only search for the tags that have been added to the candidates’ profiles previously.
Not Contacted by Team/ Not Viewed by Team
You can also use the filters to exclude candidates who have been contacted by your team via hireEZ. You can choose the time range from one day to 360 days.
The Not Viewed filter excludes candidates who have been viewed by your team. This may include viewing full profiles, revealing contact info, adding notes/tags and exporting profiles.
These two filters help you cooperate with other team members and maintain sufficiency during teamwork. However, you should be aware that hireEZ only tracks the status of contacting and viewing via hireEZ. Contacts made from other channels will not affect the results of the filters here.
Contact Information/Personal Email/High Availability
The talent pool of your project may contain candidates who don’t have contact information or personal email. You can choose to view candidates with contact info by checking the box at the lower end of this filter.
The Has contact information option will list out candidates with email addresses or phone numbers, while the personal email filter only looks for profiles containing emails.
You can also use the filter to generate candidates who have high availability. If you check the box here, only candidates with an availability scored over 80 by the AI engine will be listed, you can find the availability in talent profiles, as shown in the screenshot below.
You can select multiple checkboxes here to view the result.
