Enterprise Admin: How to set email visibility for the team?

As the hireEZ Admin of your team, sometimes you may need to remind your team members to turn on the visibility of their projects so that other members are able to see candidate engagement history in the profile. To streamline this workflow, Admin users now can directly turn on the email visibility for their team in the admin console.

From this email settings page, you will find the available options to set email visibility.

There are three options: Sender only, Project member(s) and Everyone on team.

Once the change is made, any new projects created by the team moving forward will be set to the new visibility by default, while the old projects will remain with their previous visibility setting. The project owner can still manually change the visibility by themselves within each project.
