Hello folks, happy new year! This week, hireEZ has some updates on the Enterprise Admin Console, EZ Sourcing, EZ Pipeline, and PCRecruiter Integration. Hope you enjoy them!
Enterprise Admin: Unbiased Sourcing Mode
To give admin users the flexibility to decide where they want unbiased sourcing mode's obscured attributed to be applied, we added an additional setting - Obscure selected attributes.
You can turn on unbiased sourcing mode for Candidates’ profiles and/or Analytics. Based on your selection of the checkboxes for this setting, the candidates' profile attributes or the selected attributes will be obscured until the candidates are moved to the stages after “Good fit” in the pipeline or analytics page.

Enterprise Admin: Email Visibility Setting
We added default email visibility to the admin engagement setting to help admins to manage email visibility more efficiently.
There are three options: Sender only, Project member, and Everyone on team.
Once the change is made, the new project will be set as the new visibility by default, while the old project will remain in the previous visibility.

EZ Sourcing: Manage Company List
Now you can set the visibility for the company lists.
There are two options: Keep the list only visible to you or share the list with everyone on the team.
We also redesign the UI, so you can easily create and edit the company list by yourself.

To allow more flexibility within the pipeline and how you reach out to candidates in the platform, we made these improvements to EZ Pipeline:
1. Added back the social links to candidates' cards, so after you add some candidates to your project, you can check the candidates' social media without needing to open up the full profile.
2. Add a detailed reason for “failed export” and enable bulk action for refresh & sync.
3. Add the Status function on the Enterprise Collaborator users.

To give Admin users a more flexible customized export workflow, hireEZ allows admins to set up how they want their team to export to PCRecruiters’ Company. So admins can select from "Manually select a company", "Save to a default company" or "Auto-match to companies".
Note: The PCRecruiter update is currently in beta. Please check with your CSM for more information about enabling this functionality if you'd like to try it out.
