This article will walk through how to save hireEZ candidates to the PCRecruiter company list.
Note: this setting currently is only available for the team admin. As a recruiter of the team, you may check with your admin if needed.
As the admin of the team, after you connect to the PCRecruiter, you can check the settings as follows.
1. Go to the PCRecruiter manage page and locate Save Candidates to PCRecruiter Companies section.
2. There are three options for you to choose from the dropdown button. Remember to click "Save" after you made changes to this setting.
- Manually select a company: The recruiter will be able to choose a company each time when exporting candidates.
- Save to a default company: All candidates will be saved to this selected default company.
Admin will be able to select the default company under this option. Afterwards, recruiters will export candidates to this company by default.
- Auto match to companies: under this option, hireEZ will try to find if the candidate’s current company already existed in the PCRecruiter system. If yes, candidates will be saved to the relevant company automatically.
Meanwhile, you will also need to set "Push to a default company" or "Create a new company" when there is no matched company.
