Improved Hiring Process: No Longer Stuck in the “Exported” Stage

We are here to provide this significant update to the exported stage in the pipeline, which marks a long-awaited moment for us!

As part of this update, candidates who are exported to your integrated ATS/CRM from the project will continue to remain in their current stage, enabling further action to be taken. Additionally, the platform will generate a duplicate copy of the candidate's profile, which will be accessible on the "exported" page.

Our aim in implementing this update is to accomplish three objectives:

• Firstly, it will allow you to save all the "exported" candidates of a project in a single process, making it easier for you to manage them.
• Secondly, it will enable you to continue to evaluate "Delivered to ATS" reporting metrics by the project.
• Finally, this update eliminates the need for you to manually transfer those profiles back into their previous pipeline stage once candidates are exported from hireEZ. Rest assured that the profiles will still be available in their previous pipeline stage.
