Along with viewing the candidate's profile, engaging candidates through emails, and syncing candidates to your ATS, hireEZ Chrome Extension also provides a toolbox to boost your efficiency and make your workflow smoother.
You are able to find the toolbox from the menu button on the upper corner of the extension window.
Candidate Search
The Candidate Search feature is also located on the homepage of the extension.
Simply type in the Name, Company, and/or Location to find the candidate's profile card and click on it to view the details of the person.
Boolean Builder
You can generate Boolean Strings inside the extension and search candidates directly from here. When you are using the boolean builder, you may click Show additional requirements to modify the Mandatory/Preferred Skills, Industries, and Locations of the desired candidates. Once you generate the Boolean String, you can copy it to anywhere you need it or select a platform from the Popular Searches or Search by industries. Or you can click on hireEZ AI Sourcing in the middle to source with hireEZ web app.
After you apply the String, you will be able to bulk select and add the searched candidates to your hireEZ or ATS projects.
Auto-active
Auto-active is an amazing new added function in hireEZ extension. When the user opens a candidate's profile and has the auto-active on, the mini bar of the extension will help the user automatically find the contact information.
Once the extension finds the contact information, there will be a red email icon showing up.
Gmail Assistant
The Gmail Assistant feature allows you to get access to the engagement functions inside your integrated email account. By turning the feature on, you are able to locate the hireEZ folders on the side of your mailbox and find hireEZ features such as sequence, templates, tracking, and schedule a time to send later.
After you send the email, you can also view the message within your hireEZ Outbox.

Google Search Enhancement
When you're looking for candidates (or a specific candidate) on Google, hireEZ will automatically enhance the search result to offer you a comprehensive profile of the candidate, and you are able to add the candidate to your project directly through the extension window.
This search enhancement is only valid on Google Chrome for now. Please make sure that you have signed into your account and turned on the feature in the extension in your searches.
