Understanding the average market value of the sourced professionals is an important part of the recruiting process. On the one hand, recruiters need to have comprehensive knowledge of what is being offered in the market when communicating with the candidates; on the other hand, the team can use the information to set the accurate recruitment budget to work on the projects.
In hireEZ, the Insights feature allows you to check the Average Market Value of the professionals in the specific industry/region before you start the recruiting process. You can locate the feature under the Insights tab.
Simply input the Job Title and Location requirements of the roles that you are working on and click on the Generate Insights button. You can modify other filters based on your needs. Here we use the data of the Software Engineers in the San Francisco Bay Area as an example.
Scroll down and you are able to find the Average Market Value section on your Insights Report. As shown in the screenshot, the chart indicates both the number of professionals in each group and the percentage of each group in the market. You can hover the mouse to the bar to view the exact number of professionals in the group and click on the hyperlinked bar to view profiles under the specific category.
You may also find out the average market value of professionals from your target companies by modifying the company filter. Remember to click on Generate Insights to refresh the page and then you will be able to see the data of the specific company/companies.
The Average Market Value feature now applies to the U.S., Canada, India, and most of the European countries* (please check the full list at the end of the article). For instance, you can change the location to London and compare the results of the two searches. Please be aware that the market value data are shown in the default currency of your team.
*European countries include Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Latvia, Croatia, Malta, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Australia, Portugal, Estonia, Czechia, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Greece, Belgium, Hungary, and Spain.
