Sometimes when you present hireEZ Reports to your colleagues or use the report to communicate with clients outside of your organization, you might want to customize the report with the logo of the company.
hireEZ understands your needs and offers you the option to customize the watermark on your PDF documents. If you are interested in getting access to this feature, please reach out to your CSM/AM to learn more.
Once you turn on the feature, you can locate the feature under Team settings -> Projects -> PDF Download watermark on your Admin Console. On this page, you can also select Personalized Watermark to upload your logo.
* Make sure that the image is in png or svg format.
When you finish, click on Save to confirm the change. After you saved the logo of your organization, it will replace the default hireEZ logo on the exported PDF documents. You can find it both on top of the page and as the watermark behind the content.
You may also Remove Watermark if needed.
Please note that only the Team Admin is able to modify the watermark and any changes will apply to the entire team.
