hireEZ Market Insights report offers comprehensive market research functionality to help the recruiting teams learn more about the available talent pool and the job market in the targeted area.
The tab is located at the top of your page.
On the Insights report page, you can find the filters on the left-hand side of the screen, and you may check the Search History and Saved Searches above the filters.
On the right-hand side, you can choose to view the Insights report in charts or click on Profiles to view the sourced candidates.
In the upper right corner, you can find the buttons to Start AI Sourcing, Bookmark the search, or Copy the link to share with your colleagues. You may also choose to view the percentage of the professionals who have changed their jobs in the past 6/12 months. To Export the report, select the format from the drop-down menu.
You may also find the View Insights option on your Search Results page.
When you are in your pipeline, the button is located at the top right of the site.
