When you are screening through your often-used sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and GitHub, you can engage the good-fit candidates directly through hireEZ Chrome Extension, which saves you time to find the candidate's contact information elsewhere and allows you to get access to the major features of hireEZ's Email Engagement function.
Our Extension works on top of much major sourcing and social platforms such as LinkedIn (and LinkedIn Recruiter), Twitter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, Google Scholar, and Google Search. Once installed and pinned, you can pull out the profile of the candidate on the platforms above by clicking on the small hireEZ icon on the upper right of the screen. To reach out to the candidate, select one email address from the list or click on the Send Email button to send the email to the primary email address marked on the candidate's hireEZ profile.
Send Single Email
On the next page, you are able to edit the content of the email. You may change the scheduled time and time zone of the message using the Change link. If your team members have approved your request to send emails on behalf of them, you can view and select their email addresses from the drop-down menu embedded in the sender's section.
Saved templates are located under the Template button. Scroll down to read through the list or search specific templates within the touch bar.
Just like when you are on the web platform, you can add links, pictures, attachments, and variables to the email and choose to track, preview, send a test version or save the template from the toolbox below. Your saved signature on hireEZ will also appear in the editing section. When you finish editing, make sure you add a Subject to the email to enable the Send button.
You can change the email address of the candidate by clicking on the recipient's section and selecting from the drop-down menu.
After the email has been sent or scheduled, you are able to find and track the status of it under the Messages--> Outbox tab of the hireEZ web platform.
Send Sequence/Email Campaign
To send emails in a sequence, click on Use Sequence at the bottom of the page. You can select existing sequences from the list based on their open/click/reply rates or click on Create New and build a new sequence from there.
When a sequence is inserted, you can navigate through each message with the round buttons on the left and edit the scheduled time, the sender (send on behalf of your team members), and the content of the email. You can add a template to the message or insert your own with variables. You may Change the Sequence (either to other saved ones or to create a new sequence) by clicking on the name of the sequence in the upper left corner of the window. To go back to Single Email, click on the cross sign.
If you have modified a pre-saved sequence, you will have a chance to save and track it as a new sequence template. If you choose to not save the changes, the modified sequence will not be tracked.
Both Save/Don't Save options will lead you to the next page. You will have a chance to review the details of each email and you may click on the name of the receiver to review the information of the candidate. Scroll down and hit Start Sequence on the page to launch the campaign.
Similar to single emails, you are able to manage and track the scheduled sequences under the Messages --> Outbox page of the web platform.
