Company filter introduction

Locate the Companies filter in Home ➟ Source Candidates, and click to set the metrics.

Simply fill in the information of your target companies in the listed filters. You may specify if you want to search for candidates who are currently working in the companies or who were employees of the companies.

You can tick the box of Included similar companies to expand your search to companies that are similar to your input. hireEZ’s AI will analyze the companies' criteria to find relevant organizations based on factors such as the company’s industry, size, and value.

Also, you can tick the box Exclude subsidiaries to exclude all companies owned or controlled by the parent company you input, so you don't need to check if any company showing up belongs to the parent you would like to exclude.

If you are an Enterprise user, you can then refer to the Analytics page to check the searching items. If the Extended Search includes companies from which you do not wish to hire, exclude them below. Your own company is always excluded by default. Click on the cross sign if you want to add it back to your search.

Add/Edit Company List

You may also Add/Edit company lists by pasting names delimited by SEMICOLON or NEWLINE.

If you are the Enterprise Admin of the team, you may also create an Admin List from the Sourcing Configuration page and EXCLUDE candidates from certain companies. The Admin List will be applied to all team members automatically.

*Please note: for all the added lists on the AI Sourcing page, you can include up to 200 entries in one list and apply 5 lists in total. In other words, a total of 1,000 entries can be added to these filters.

Apart from companies, you can refer to the Analytics on the right and select specific industries and exclude unwanted ones.

Last but not least, you can specify Company Sizes and Company Types identified by hireEZ to refine your search. Options are listed below.
