While recruiters often try their best to optimize the diversity of the companies and organizations, it is common that some companies are unable to sponsor their candidates and hence requiring the candidates to have valid working authorizations in the country/region.
If you are an Enterprise user, hireEZ now offers an explicit filter to source for candidates who are U.S. citizens or Green Card holders (U.S. Work Authorization Filter). But there are also workaround ways if you want to source for candidates who have specific work permits or who are eligible to work in other countries.
When modifying the filters, add related phrases to the Keywords or Mandatory Skills section. For instance, you may specify EAD (Employment Authorization Document) or OPT (Optional Practical Training) in these sections.

As indicated on the screenshot, the work permit information will appear under the candidate's brief profile, just like when you search for other skills.
You may also try to search for candidates with work permits for other countries and regions.

While both Mandatory Skills and the Keywords filters regulate "must-have" information from the candidates' profiles, the former looks at the skill section of the profiles, and the latter screens throughout the profile. You may adjust the filters based on your needs.
If you add the information to the Keywords section, remember to include the phrase in the quotation marks and click on Search to refresh the page.
Since not all candidates put their status of work authorizations on their profiles, there might be a limited number of candidates in your talent pool. You may paraphrase the searching criteria (e.g. OPT/Optional Practical Training; Work Permit/Work Authorization) or open up other filters for a better result.
