The feature is located at Home ➟ Source Candidates ➟ Language.

You can select the desired language skill to search for qualified candidates. Multiple languages can also be added at the same time.

Please keep in mind is that this filter follows the boolean logic of an OR statement. In other words, if you input English and French in the filter, hireEZ will look for candidates that have either of these tagged skills.

To search for bilingual or Multilingual candidates, you can combine the Locations search and Languages filter. For example, if you are sourcing candidates in France who need to speak both French and German, French is the primary language spoken in this location, so it is recommended that you only include 'German' in the language filter.

You may also input language requirements using the keyword filter embedded in the General Filters. Inputs here will allow hireEZ to scan the candidate's entire profile to find keyword matches. You may apply boolean logic to this filter as well.

Adding required languages in Mandatory Skills is also a good solution, as shown below.
