In hireEZ, we have different diversity sourcing modes to cater to your needs and achieve a fair hiring environment. As a Team Admin, you can manage the different diversity sourcing modes on your Admin Console page: click the profile and choose Team settings --> go to the Sourcing tab --> Sourcing Configuration --> Diversity Search.

Diversity Search
In the Diversity Search section, you can choose to turn the feature on or off.
When the Diversity Search is ON, there will be a Diversity tab for your team to source Underrepresented Groups.
If the Diversity Search is OFF, there will be no Diversity tab when you are filling in the AI sourcing filters.
You may also select the option to Search for Combined Diversity Groups on this page.
It is a good choice for users who don't have a targeted group of underrepresented candidates or if your organization follows OFCCP compliance regulations. By checking the box, users by default will source candidates from all diversity groups as defined in the above screenshots (Women, African Americans, Hispanics, Veterans, Native Americans, Asians) and recruiters will NOT be able to specify groups to search.

Unbiased Sourcing Mode
To help you hire without bias, you can locate the Unbiased Sourcing Mode in the Sourcing Configuration section. When you decide to turn on the Unbiased Sourcing Mode, you can select which information needs to be obscure for the recruiters.
As shown in the screenshot below, once the feature is turned on, recruiters on the team will not be able to see the full names and profile pictures of the candidates when sourcing. The information will be available when the candidates are added to the pipelines.
