With this, your team will be equipped with the insights of your own diverse pipeline to help decide how you achieve the goals of your DEI initiatives.
You can find Diversity Analytics at the end of your Reports tab. Like the other reports in this tab, there are a couple of filter options, including Date Range, Group of users, Diversity categories, and Projects so that you can customize your report and look at the data that's relevant to you. These analytics can also be exported as an Excel document.

Analyzing the data generated by yourself and/or your team members, you may have questions like "Why is there such a high ratio of female candidates sourced to female candidates engaged with?" or "What can we improve to ensure that diverse candidates are not getting stuck at the top of the funnel?"
