Our contact search feature is a cross-reference tool using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to allow you to search for individual candidates by name or discover one’s by searching phrases, similar to Google.
You can locate the search bar on the upper right-hand side corner of the Home page.
For instance, if you want to find out more information and contact details for a particular candidate, search for their name followed by their company, location, or job title.
In addition to typing in the name and company of the person, in the search column, you can also try combinations such as:

This feature allows you to search on the open web for any employee or candidate. For ideal results, input two characteristics including keywords such as name, company, title, and location.

the search box is NOT there. no guidance provided on this page. Also, the chrome extension does not work. why do you still offer it?

You could locate the search bar on the product home page. For the extension, when you open the extension, you could also input the candidate's name to search.
