How to Search by Candidate's Name/Email?

Our contact search feature is a cross-reference tool using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to allow you to search for individual candidates by name or discover one’s by searching phrases, similar to Google.

You can locate Contact Search on the bottom left-hand side corner of the Home page.

For instance, if you want to find out more information and contact details for a particular candidate, search for their name followed by their company, location, or job title.

In addition to typing in the name and company of the person, in the search column, you can also try combinations such as:

This feature allows you to search on the open web for any employee or candidate. For ideal results, input two characteristics including keywords such as name, company, title, and location.

Once the candidate is found, you can preview their profiles by clicking on their names. From there you can view their contact information or add them to your existing projects. You can also modify or export their profiles, just like in the talent pool from AI Sourcing.
