When you save a new search, you will notice that there is a button for AI Recommendations on the bottom right of the pop-up window. If you turn on the feature, hireEZ will automatically recommend new candidates based on your search criteria, and you will be notified via both emails and in-app notifications.
We recommend you turn on this feature so that hireEZ will push fresh top talents for you twice a week while you are away from the platform.
When you receive the notification, click on the blue link and you will be directed to the latest recommended talents for all your projects.
Click on Search Result to view these candidates on your search results page. You can screen through the candidate list and give feedback to their profiles. The Good Fit candidates will be added to your pipeline along with the candidates that you have sourced before.
You may also go to the Saved Searches list and use the See Candidates link to check out the recommended talents for each search.
To turn off this feature, click on the blue button on the left.
