There are multiple buttons that allow you to quickly create a project on hireEZ, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
Create a Project before Launching a Search
If the EZ Rediscovery/Two-way integration has been turned on in your account, you will be able to expedite the project creation process on hireEZ by importing an ATS job. Project title and search filters will be auto-generated by JD parsing. This workflow is currently available for Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Smartrecruiter, and Crelate. You can also click "Start from scratch" if you don't have an ATS job yet.
If importing an ATS job is not available yet, the system will directly lead you to the sourcing page to create a new project for you.
How to Change the Information of Project
1. Project name
You can click the project name to change it.
2. Project description
You can click the 3-dot icon beside the project name and choose Add project description to edit the details.
3. Hiring process
You can choose the hiring process that matches your needs, by clicking the "+" icon to switch your previous hiring process.
4. Share the project
You can Collaborate/Share the project with your team members by clicking the "Share project" button.
Depending on the different roles you assign to them, your team members can source, edit the task, and add notes/tags to the candidates' profiles, or screen through the list of candidates in the shared project. You may hover the mouse over the question mark of "About roles" to check out the details of each role.
