When you click on any of your projects, you can select the “View Project Settings” option. Here you will be able to make changes to your project, edit the name and add a description.

From here you can rename your project from the upper text bar, and the project description window allows you to give a detailed depiction of your project.

Why modify the Project details?
When you and your team members are working on multiple projects at the same time, it is essential for you to be able to differentiate the projects. By naming your projects with job titles, locations, diversity factors, or targeted companies, you can save time on checking this information every time when you want to open a project. You may also sort the project names into groups to show their connections. For example, you can modify the project names with the same job title but in different locations: “QA-San Francisco” and “QA-Boston.”
Project description is helpful both for the project owner and the team members. You can use the text bar to give your team a complete idea of the type of talent pool that you are looking for in each project. For instance, add general information about the position that you are sourcing for or a list of must-have skills of the candidates. You can put down any information that will help you paint a broader picture of your talent pool persona and help your team members to understand the needs of the tasks.
Modifying Your Project Pipelines/Hiring Processes
If you are the Owner of the project, you can customize the Hiring Process Template by using the menu on the left-hand side of the Project Details page.
From the drop-down menu, you can choose from the templates that have been created by your team admin. After you choose a new template, a Save button will appear on the right corner of the menu.

After clicking on Save, you will see a pop-up window asking you to map the current stages with the new hiring process.

When you finish, remember to click on the Update button on the right corner of the window.
The new template will be available the next time when you view the "Good Fit" of the project.
