While you are setting up your filters in your sourcing tasks, there are some advanced filters that you can leverage to get the most qualified candidates. They're normally hidden under the general filters in a smaller font/color.
The following are four basic categories of advanced filters.
Include/Excluded From Current Title
Under the Job Titles, there is a hidden advanced filter --- Include/Exclude From Current Title. You can unfold it by clicking on it.

Include In Current Title is a stricter filter for your titles. Any word you put in is a must-have in your candidate’s profile.
For example, the two screenshots below give a direct comparison. After putting "Managing" under Included In Current Title, the total number of the candidate pool and the title list on the right-hand side reduced and changed drastically in a more focused way. This filter can be utilized if you have a stricter requirement on the candidate titles.

Exclude from Current Title can be leveraged together to exclude any title you wish not to have while referencing the title list in Persona.
Exclude ***
Exclude *** is a filter that you can find in the Skills, Locations, Keywords, Industries, and Schools sections. You can use them the same way as Exclude From Current Title, reference to Persona, where you want to exclude certain keywords to make your search more specific. Also, feel free to exclude anything you don’t wish to see from a candidate profile.

Include Similar ***(Enterprise only)
Another powerful characteristic of our AI is the knowledge graph. Include Similar *** is the best example to manifest it.
You can leverage it in the filters of Companies, Majors, and Schools. Just with one click, without doing tedious research, you can get the companies that have the same size and in the same industry as your target companies. Let’s say you want to find some “software engineers” from tech giants like Google. By checking the “Include Similar Companies”, your target companies will expand like below. It is super helpful when you step into a new field.

The same logic goes with majors and schools. It is an efficient and specific way to expand your talent pool.

Add/Edit Lists
Add/Edit Lists can help you enter some complicated filters easily. It is with the filters of Locations, Companies, and Schools. Create a list of names separated by a semicolon or newline and save it in hireEZ. Then you don't need to enter it manually every time.

If you are the Enterprise Admin of the team, you may also create an Admin List to EXCLUDE certain companies. You can find this feature on the Sourcing Configuration page under the Sourcing tab of the Admin Console.

Once enabled, the list will be added automatically for all team members.
*Please note: for all the added lists on the AI Sourcing page, you can include up to 200 entries in one list and apply 5 lists in total. In other words, a total of 1,000 entries can be added to these filters.
These are all the small features that facilitate your sourcing. Have you ever experienced them before? Take advantage of them to make your sourcing as clear as you want. You will be surprised by how smooth your workflow can be.
