Healthcare talents may not update their skills on recruitment platforms in between jobs, and not all healthcare professionals live on LinkedIn. In fact, only about 6.65 million Healthcare professionals have a LinkedIn profile! With hireEZ’s Healthcare AI Sourcing solution, you will be able to find over 8.5 million healthcare professionals.
That is because hireEZ draws information from healthcare-focused platforms like Healthgrades, Healthprofs.com, Zocdoc, RateMDs, and many more to help you uncover and increase the volume of best-fit niche candidates for your open roles.
Did you know that there are 120+ specialties and subspecialties in the world? That means healthcare-specific filters are critical to accurate searches. From Anesthesiology to Dermatology, hireEZ has 700+ specialties to help you find the one. In addition to the Specialties filter, you will be able to further fine-tune your search with filters like the License States, Certifications, and other filters from our Sourcing Engine. To top it off, hireEZ AI will automatically search for similar terms and offer you candidate healthcare highlights to make your job easier.
To get started, locate the U.S. Healthcare tab under the "Source Candidates" button on the AI Sourcing page. The tab can be layered on top of hireEZ’s other filters. When the filter is turned on, you are still sourcing candidates across hireEZ’s 45+ platforms, but focusing on the candidates that have an online presence in the listed platforms.
Check the box to enable your search and source candidates from the talent pool that provides about 15.5M healthcare professionals including doctors, dentists, chiropractors, nurses, and other medical staff, only in the U.S.A.
*Once you tick the Healthcare box, the Job Title filter under the General Sourcing tab will be enhanced and hireEZ will only search for candidates with exact titles that you have input.

You may then fill out the sections below. For Specialties, choose from the drop-down menu or type in to search for any specializations of the healthcare provider. Let’s put Surgery here as an example.

You may have more than one Specialty here. For instance, you may add Surgery for particular subjects. However, you are NOT allowed to input information that is not on the list.
License States indicate the state(s) where the candidate has a license. Since each state has its own rules when it comes to healthcare credentials, you may want to select or type in the expected states that the candidates will be based in.

You can also put multiple states in the text bar.
The Certifications section allows you to add Healthcare certifications that you want your candidates to hold, such as ACLS, CPR, or BLS. You can type in any keywords of the certifications and look for all related ones from the drop-down menu.

Make sure the Certifications are in accord with the Specialties you have put for the first filter and remember that you CANNOT input terms that are not on the list.
You may then move to General and other filters to tune your search. For instance, define the Location of the candidate or use the Years of Experience and Education filters to narrow down your talent pool. You may also use the Language filter and select the working language of your organization.
Just like when using other filters, you will find the Analytics button on top of the candidates' list. Click on it to find out the highlights of the candidates listed in your search result. You can click on each bar to view the candidates categorized under the title. For example, you may add in skills to help focus the titles, or even use our advanced title filters to include/exclude specific titles that you do or do not want to see in your search.

When you are ready, finalize your sourcing by giving feedback to the search results on the right. We recommend you specify the reason for not a fit by clicking on the little arrow on the side to help our AI find more qualified candidates for you in the future.
In the candidate’s profile, you can view Healthcare related information, including Specialties, Certifications, and License status, of the person from the HealthCare section on the upper right.
