Along with the powerful AI Sourcing engine, hireEZ also supports Boolean search syntaxes to accommodate recruiters who prefer more traditional search methods or who have existing Boolean Strings that they would like to use. You may apply the Boolean String to the following features:

For Enterprise users, you may select Boolean Builder to show in the Quick access section. 

On the pop-up window, type in the Job Titles to start. If needed, you can add Skills, Industries, and Locations by expanding the additional requirements. You can also select the JD Mode and paste the job description there. Our AI will parse the information for you.

When you are ready, click on the blue button in the middle to Generate Boolean.

You may then copy the string or go to the hireEZ AI Sourcing site directly using the link at the bottom.

If you choose to start a sourcing task, the Boolean string will be added automatically to the Keywords section on the General filter tab. You can further refine the search with hireEZ's AI-powered filters. When both Boolean and AI filters are used, hireEZ will analyze the selected search criteria and provide results according to the stricter search parameters.

You can also get access to the Boolean String builder by clicking on the Boolean builder button beside the Keywords or boolean.

If you have purchased the EZ Rediscovery solution in addition to your Enterprise membership, you can leverage Boolean Strings to source candidates within your ATS talent pool. Select ATS as your sourcing channel and you will find a new tab for ATS-related filters. Set the range of your talent pool and then go to the General filter to add the Boolean String to the Keywords section. Just like when you are doing an open web search, you can edit other filters based on your needs. You may also click on Start with Boolean String on top and generate a new string from here.

The other way of conducting a search within your ATS talent pool is to go to the Quick access section and select Pulled from ATS and click on Search keywords or Filter in the upper right corner.
