Resume/JD Parsing

Click on "Sourcing Candidates" on the home page. Then on the sourcing screen, you'll find “Resume/JD Parsing” next to the Job Titles filter.

First, type in the Job Title you would like to search for in the “Job Title" section.

Next, you can either copy and paste your job description/resume into the “Description” section or upload the file by clicking browse and click on Parse Now.

You will notice that all of the key terms will automatically be filtered into the Skills sections.
