We can never overemphasize the importance of having a warm talent pipeline in recruiting. Therefore, we are always looking for better ways to facilitate the creation and customization of your pipelines. Here are some guidelines that you can leverage when conducting a new sourcing task on the platform.
Search Results Tab
Always start from the Search Results tab in your project after you finished your search. On this page, you can look into all the candidates who fit your criteria or adjust your filters according to your needs.

On this page, you can also check hireEZ resume by clicking on candidates' names to view their career experience, highlights, and all your team members' activities with them, or get a general idea quickly by checking their skills in the tag to make your decision.

Candidates who receive Good Fit are automatically saved in your pipeline. For not-qualified candidates, instead of simply clicking on Not a Fit, we highly recommend you specify your reasons by using the drop-down menu.
Our AI will learn from your feedback and recommend candidates more and more accurately when you are offline. You can always reclaim your candidates from Not a fit if you regret your decision.
Outbound Recruiting Process
From Good Fit to Scheduled
Candidates in your pipeline are all the candidates in a single project, which includes all the saved searches. Feel free to screen your candidates via the All Filters on the left of the page. Different from the Search Result page, there is no limitation on the Not Viewed By Team and Not Contacted By Team filters here.
You can see the different stages in your pipeline on top.
Good Fit: all the candidates you clicked Good Fit will automatically go to this stage;
Contacted: all the candidates you emailed to;
Note: for the candidates you gave a call to, you may manually move them to this stage
Replied: all the candidates who replied to your email;
Scheduled: once candidates click your calendar link to schedule a meeting, they will be automatically moved to this stage;
Exported: all the candidates you exported to the ATS/CRM will automatically go to this stage, including the auto-sync.
Note: This will be a default hiring process if you are creating a new project. You can switch to the previously created process by clicking on the "+" in the top right corner.
Statuses and Labels in each stage
You will be able to further segment candidates in each stage with the status labels and also filter the list using status to take bulk actions.
For more details about it, please refer to the Introduction on Profile Status Label.
Exported Stage
The exported stage is a different stage from the previous ones. All the candidates you exported from this project will be displayed under this stage. From this page, you will be able to check:
-
Latest ATS job stage: it will timely sync the candidates' stage in the ATS job/pool they are exported to.
Note: it is currently only available for Greenhouse. - Status and Action: the candidate sync status and corresponding action for the status, ie., Edit & Sync for Failed to export.
- Exported time: the time when the candidate is exported.
Besides, from the left-hand side, you can use the special filter "Latest ATS job stage" and "Status" to filter out the candidates. You can also filter out candidates from the specific failed reason.
Hope the features above can make your pipeline warm, rich, and easy to manage.
