When you create a new project, you will be asked to add a hiring process. Hiring processes can help you better organize your candidates within a project to accommodate your workflow. When you access your hireEZ Enterprise member account, you have two default process templates for your projects: Default Sourcing Process, and Default Recruiting Process.
In the Default Sourcing Process, there are three stages in the pipeline, which are Good Fit, Contacted, and Replied. This is a good template to use if you have your own ATS and want to use your ATS to keep a record of all your candidates.
In the Default Recruiting Process, there are six more stages than Default Sourcing Process which are Phone Screen, Online Interview, Onsite Interview, Make Offer, Hired, and Archived. You can use this template to manage the pipeline if you don't have your own ATS / CRM.
If you need additional/customized templates, contact your team admin. If you have hireEZ Team Admin capabilities and there are other steps that you want to add to the hiring process, use the blue link on the pop-up window to create a new hiring process template.
On the next page, fill in the information for different stages. You may also apply the template to the entire team or to certain groups of the team. When you are ready, name the template and click on Create hiring process to continue.
You may also find the add new hiring process feature on the Admin Console --> Pipeline Management --> Hiring Process site. The +New hiring process button is located in the upper right corner of the page. To View/Edit or Delete the template, click on the three dots button on the right.
The sourcing stages are set by default. You are able to edit/delete or add new stages to the other sections. Similar to creating a new hiring template, you can apply the template to the team or certain groups through the Mandatory hiring process feature.
