When you are filling the sourcing criteria on the AI Sourcing site, you can leverage the Analytics page on the right to modify the filter.
Once you have typed in the job titles, location, and other criteria on the sourcing page, always remember to reference the “Persona/Analytics” for a comprehensive overview and breakdown of the targeted talent market.
This page updates in real-time according to your filter inputs and provides analytics for Titles, Skills, Location, Years of Experience, Companies, Industries, and Sourcing Channels. You can:
- Evaluate, modify and refine the search(Use include/exclude option)
- Gain analytics on talent distribution
- Maximize your candidate search in both quality and quantity
For example, you may find a large percentage of the talent pool isn't in the optimal industry or the majority of candidates have a higher amount of years of experience than expected. Once you have visibility into this, you can more effectively make decisions around adjusting your filters (leveraging this feature is also very closely related to the recommendations in tip #3. Tips #1 and #3 are best used in combination with each other!).
2.Candidates Pool Analytics
The Analytics section is a real-time breakdown of the sourced talent pool. You are able to view the annalytics of Titles, Skills, Companies, Industries, Locations, Average Market Values (U.S. Dollar), Diversity, Years of Experience, Years in Current Company, Years in Current Role, Schools, Degrees, and Majors of the candidates. You can also leverage the data to learn more about the local job market.
You may use the information and see if you want to modify the filters on the left. For example, you can add or specify the required Skills of the candidates or expand the Location when sourcing.
