How to Find Undiscovered Candidates?

In a team, one of the most important things to avoid in Talent Acquisition is to ensure that different recruiters don't interact with the same qualified candidates too many times during a specific period of time. Different members can leave a tag to achieve that for sure, but hireEZ gives you an easier way!

Under a hireEZ project, you can find a column of Not Viewed by team under the "Activity" filter. Then, you can select specific durations of 1, 7, 30, 90, 180, 360 days since they have last been viewed by the team.

Here "viewed" is defined by the following actions within your team's instance of hireEZ.

Once you select the date range and apply the filter, the candidates that don't meet the criteria will be filtered out of your list view.

If you have less than 1000 candidates in your search results, you may also use the Not Viewed by Team power filter on top of the list of candidates to look for candidates who have not been viewed by your team members before adding them to the project pipeline.
