The Talent Acquisition teams often work on multiple projects at the same time. While the requirements for different roles vary, there are some elements that may be able to apply to more than one project. For example, the needs of diversity hiring, the lists of companies to include/exclude, and the restriction of Locations may be the same for various roles.
In hireEZ, you are able to copy your searches and filter information to other projects. You can locate the function in the upper right corner of the sourcing filters on the search result page.

Copy the Search History to a New Project
If you want to copy the search to a new project, name the project and select the hiring process template of the project. After you click on Copy, you will be led to a new search results page. Candidates who have been added to the pipeline in the previous project will be put back into the search results, except that their contact details are unlocked.
In this way, you are able to modify filters such as Job Titles and Mandatory/Preferred Skills to suit the needs of the different roles that you are working on while saving time on editing the rest of the filters. You may also reevaluate the candidates or make changes to the filters to compare the results.
Copy the Search History to an Existing Project
You can choose the project name from the drop-down menu when copying the search to an existing project.

After you have selected the project and clicked on the copy, you will be led to the sourcing page. Similar to the case above, all qualified candidates will be added back to your search results.
You can merge qualified candidates to the existing pipeline of the project by giving Good Fits to the candidates or bulk move them to the pipeline. You may manage them together from there.
Copying candidates to an existing project allows you to combine your projects or sort your candidates by different conditions, for instance, by departments or working locations. It is also easier for Hiring Managers to review the results.
