During the recruiting process, some candidates may be added to more than one project and it is important for talent acquisition teams to keep track of all the projects that the candidates are in. In this case, modifying candidates in all associated projects in one place could save a lot of time for recruiters.
In hireEZ, you can fulfill this need in two ways.
1. Check the Project Button Under the Profile Picture
By clicking on the “Project” button near the suitcase icon, you will be able to see in which projects the candidate is listed and you are able to move the candidate to the different stages of the project. You can also add the candidate to other projects by using the “Add” button on the upper right of the small pop-up window.
From here you can add the candidate to any of your existing projects and choose the stage that you want the candidate to be listed. You may also create a new project by clicking on the button on the right. Remember to click Add candidates before you leave the page.
2. View the Project Tab Under the Full Profile
On the profile page, you can find a section under the candidate’s contact information. Under the “Project” tab, you can find all the functions mentioned above.
If you have purchased the Rediscovery product from hireEZ, you will also be able to view the status of the candidate in your integrated ATS.
