Pro Tips:
Option #1
Use "Has High Availability" under "More Filters". The button is located in the upper right corner of the pipeline page.

hireEZ's candidate availability is driven and calculated by data and AI algorithms. This estimation also uses private and public information as well as the candidate's experience and how often he/she starts a new job, how active he/she is on career and social websites, and so forth.
You will find an "Analytics" section under each candidate profile indicating the level of availability. Those that have a long bar (normally over 80%) will be reckoned as highly available candidates.
Option #2
Select "Sort by Availability" when screening candidates. This drop-down menu is available both on the Search Results page and on the Pipeline page.

By choosing to sort candidates by availability, we will sort the candidates based on their availability scores. Candidates at the top will have the highest score.
Option #3
Add targeted phrases to the Keywords section.
This is a great way to target candidates who have openly stated somewhere on their public profiles when they’re searching for new jobs.

Here is a list of various phrases that you can use when sourcing candidates who are seeking new opportunities. You can apply OR logic or use a Boolean String if you want to add multiple phrases to the section:
Actively Seeking A New Role
Actively Seeking New Job
Actively Seeking New Opportunities
Available For New Contract
Available For New Opportunities
Available For New Opportunity
Looking For A Contract Position
Looking For A Full-Time Position
Looking For A New Opportunity

Seeking A Full-Time Position
Seeking New Contract Position

Seeking New Job Opportunity

Option #4
Search these phrases in the Job Titles filter. Similar to option #3, this search will capture candidates who state they’re “open” or “looking” or “seeking” in their job title.

Option #5
If you're still having a hard time finding candidates, you can broaden your search by adding shorter phrases or key terms in the Keywords section. As shown in the screenshot here, hireEZ will search for candidates who have mentioned these phrases in their profiles.

This should still be accurate and increase your candidate pool drastically. You may use the list of terms below to broaden the search. Likewise, you can apply Boolean logic when having more than one phrase in the section.

Currently Seeking
Looking For

Option #6
Put your market knowledge in action. If you are aware of a company/companies or any industries having layoffs, do a quick search finding candidates from the specific companies/industries using the Companies filter.
