Refining your search is a great way to find qualified talent. Find ways to broaden your search to find those candidates that fit specific areas or that may have different wording in their profile.
Take the position of Backend Developer as an example.
After editing the filters for Job Titles, Mandatory Skills, Location, and Years of Experience on the AI Sourcing page, there are only nineteen candidates appeared in the pool. In this case, you might want to open up your options for Work Experience or Location to enlarge the pool.

For instance, here you would notice that many of the candidates have the title “Backend Engineer.” Add it to your Job Titles filter to expand your pool.

Try to Find Similar Candidates from hireEZ’s Chrome Extension
