Located on the left of your home page, the Recent Replied tab allows you to check candidates who replied to your engagement emails that have been sent from your integrated email.

On this page, you are able to view the content of the message and the Name, Job Title, Company, Subject Name, and Time of Reply (Replied On) of the candidate. Each row is representing one candidate/email.

You may click the button on the right to View Message. You can set a Reminder from here to remind yourself if you want to return to the candidate in the future.

The reminder will appear both in your hireEZ Inbox and in your own mailbox.

You can also manage your candidates from the page. Tap anywhere on the line to open the candidate's hireEZ profile.

Just like in your pipeline, you are able to modify the candidate's profile or export the candidate to your ATS/as a PDF file. You can open a new window to view the page if you want to.

You may also tick the box ahead of the candidates' names and bulk Save the candidates to Projects or Add Tags/Notes to these profiles.

You can take the advantage of the search bar on the right to search for any specific candidates or conversations. While searching, hireEZ will look into the name of the candidate and the subject and content of the messages.
