In hireEZ, the Message tab is the place where you can find all information related to your engagement activities. You can view, reply, and keep track of your sent messages as well as manage your sequences and single email templates.
The features of the Message tab are divided into four sections:
Inbox
The Inbox section includes responses from candidates that were engaged in hireEZ, either by you or by your team members on behalf of you.
You can check the candidate's profile by clicking on the recipient's name.
You can quickly respond to your emails without having to leave hireEZ. In addition to the editing options that you have in your email provider, you may also track the email and have access to your templates and are able to save new templates and set Reminder(Enterprise only) from here.

If you want to archive an email, hover your mouse on the message and click on the archive icon. You can also bulk select the messages and find the Archive button on top of the list.

Outbox
You can find all of your outbound/sent emails in the outbox. This will include both single emails and sequences. You can sort your outbox by Messages or by Recipients.
When sorting your outbox by “Messages,” you will be able to check the status of your outreach messages by single emails/sequences.
When sorting by “Recipients,” you will see a slightly different set of columns. Under the Recipient section, messages are sort by each recipient individually, even if you have sent the emails in bulk.
In both cases, you are able to filter the emails using the menus on the top right of the page and find the options to edit/cancel/delete/restart the email/sequence through the three dots on the right end of each role.
Sequences
Under the sequence tab, you can view the results from all of your previous campaigns as well as creating new ones. You are able to view the Owner of the templates and whether they are shared with other team members. You can also check the number of recipients of each sequence and the Opened, Clicked, and Replied rates of the sequence. If the sequence has been shared with multiple team members, the rates shown will be the overall data of the team.
If you are the owner of the sequence, you are able to Rename, Edit, Make a Copy, Share, or Delete the sequence. If you want to use and edit your team member's sequences, click on the three dots button on the right to make a copy and edit from there. You can also filter the sequences by owner or search sequences by name.

Templates
Within the templates tab, you can view the statistics per template as well as creating new ones.
Similar to the Sequence tab, you can click on each row to view the content of the template and click on +Create Template to create new templates. You are able to View/Edit, Make a Copy, Share or Delete the templates owned by you and View or Make a Copy if you want to read or use templates created by other team members.
Meetings
For Enterprise users, if you have integrated your calendar with hireEZ, you will be able to view all your events under the Meetings tab. Events that have been scheduled outside of hireEZ are highlighted in light green and you can view the guest list and time of the event. For events that have been booked through hireEZ, you will be able to edit, delete, or add a reminder when clicking on the light blue block. You may also See meeting links on the left.
