The Outbox section allows you to track your outreach emails by Messages or Recipients. It offers you more features than a sent box and focuses only on the correspondence that you engage from hireEZ. If you have enabled the email delegation feature, you can also track the status of emails that are sent on your behalf.
You can locate your Outbox under the Messages tab.
Track Your Emails by Messages
Messages mode is helpful when you want to know the overall performance of a single email or a sequence.
When sorting your Outbox by Messages, you will be able to view both single emails and email sequences. You will see columns displaying the following:

Status: Responding status from candidates for you to track your engagement activities.

Finished, has been finished.

Scheduled, it is upcoming and sent in a set time. You can view the day and time the next email is expected to be sent under the Scheduled status, as shown in the screenshot below.

Failed, you need to check if the contact info is correct.

Partially Failed, you need to check if the contact info of a bulk sent email/sequence is correct.

Canceled, this may occur when the candidates unsubscribe from your mail list or when you disconnect your email account. You can restart the process manually.

Subject Name: Name of the email for you to distinguish each message, along with the format (single/sequence) and checking rates of the message.

Sent by: The Sender of the message. You can see if the email was sent by your team members on behalf of you.

Recipients: The number of recipients in a sequence for your reference.

Last Step: The previous follow-up email in the email sequence.

Last Sent On: The day and time the previous email was sent.
To edit/cancel/delete/restart the email or sequence, click on the three dots button on the right. For instance, you can restart the sequence if it has failed or been canceled.
*Please note: Finished messages can not be edited, canceled, or restarted.
The Filters menu in the upper right corner allows you to view messages by status and type, and you can choose to view messages that are sent as your team members or sent by your team members on your behalf. You can also search directly using the text bar next to the button.

Track Your Emails by Recipients
The Recipients mode focuses on the status of messages to each candidate and offers more details of the bulk sent messages.
When sorting your Outbox by Recipients, you will see a slightly different set of columns:

Recipient: The candidate's name

Status: You can track each engagement unit to individuals here by reference as follows:

Scheduled - Awaiting to be sent in a set time

Finished - Already sent

Failed - Unable to be sent to recipient's mailbox

Canceled - Aborted before the scheduled time

Bounced - Returned to sender

Subject Name: Subject of a single email or name of a sequence

Last Step: The previous follow-up email in the email sequence

Last Sent On: The day and time the previous email was sent

Opened: If the recipient has extended the email
-
Clicked: If the recipient has clicked on any hyperlinks or links in the body of the email(s).

Replied: If the recipient has responded to the email(s)
*Note: For the Opened, Clicked, and Replied rates, a checkmark will indicate if the email has been opened. If there is no action on the recipient's side or if you choose not to track emails, the columns will be left blank.
Similar to the Messages mode, you are able to edit/cancel/delete/restart the email by clicking on the three dots button on the right. And you can search or filter emails by status and type through the menus in the upper right corner.
