When you are ready to reach out to your selected candidates, hireEZ offers you a process that will make your engagement personalized and simple, instead of having to remind yourself to contact candidates on a weekly basis.

hireEZ builds up a smart mechanism of sequence engagement, which means that you can create and send it with no worries about re-engaging passive job-seekers. You will have a full capacity of up to 10 emails in a sequence to ensure your engagement efforts don't go unnoticed.

You can compose your emails or insert your created templates and set the preferred contact schedules and conditions related to each candidate or style of engagement.

To start, locate the "Sequences" option via the "Message" tab or click the link here. 

In the sequence tab, you can check if the sequence is shared with others and view the results from all of your previous campaigns.

To create a new sequence, select the “Create Sequence” button.

From here you can choose to load in one of your saved templates or start writing your emails directly in the editing area.

Adding new follow-up emails can be done by clicking the block on the left or the one below the Follow-up 1 email. You may add up to 9 follow-up emails in one sequence.

Schedule the time to send the follow-up emails by editing the filters above the text box. By default, the 1st touch email is sent immediately while follow-up emails will be sent out three days after the previous one if there is no reply. You can change the scheduled time in each follow-up email.

You may set your follow-up email as a reply or as a new thread by clicking on the choices next to “Subject.” You can edit the Subject of the follow-ups as well if you choose to send the follow-up as a new thread.

When you finish, use the buttons on the lower-left corner to preview the content or send a test to yourself.

Then, click the “Save Sequence” button on the left to save the templates.

After saving your sequence, you may find it in the Sequences tab under Messages. And you will be able to Rename/Edit/Make a Copy/Share/Delete it with the three dots button on the right.

When you decide to engage candidates, you could go directly to the sequence after you click the engage button. You can choose or search your sequence templates in the drop-down window. You could also Create new sequence here.

You may make modifications based on the selected sequence and schedule the time to send the messages out. Click on the trash bin button on the right-hand side if you need to delete a step from the sequence. You will be able to save the sequence as a new one if you have made changes to the number of the steps. Please note, in this case, if you choose not to save the modified sequence, the status of the messages will not be tracked.

If you want to change the sequence template, simply click on the name of the sequence from the upper left corner. You will find the list of your sequence, sample sequence and shared sequence there.
