When you are sending messages to the candidates, you might want to pick a time that is more likely for readers to open your emails, for instance, during the late mornings in the middle of the week. You can also make your engagement emails more consistent by setting each message to send on your preferred days at the same time. In hireEZ, we offer you multiple ways to schedule your email campaigns to suit your needs.
Manage the Sequence under the Messages Tab
When you are editing or creating a new sequence under the Messages tab, you can set the default time to send out each email.
For the 1st Touch emails, you can choose to send them immediately or in 5 minutes.
For the Follow-up ones, you can set the interval period between each email. Here you may change both the number and the unit of the time period, and you can set up different time lengths for each follow-up message.
If you pick Weekdays, the interval between the two emails will be counted by the Weekdays (Mon. to Fri.).
Schedule the Sequence When Reaching out to Your Candidates
While the default intervals are embedded in your sequences, you can always customize and reschedule your sequences before you send them to the candidates.
In the pop-up editing window, the default time echoes with the settings of the sequence. If needed, click on Change and choose another time from the drop-down menu.
You may also click on Pick a date & time to select the Time Zone, Date, and exact Time to send the message.
Please note that all your sequence emails should be scheduled in the same time zone. If you change the time zone of one of your follow-up emails, the scheduled time for all your previous emails in the sequence will change accordingly.
