How Do I Share Template with My Team?
Sharing is as easy as cloning or editing them. You not only have the option to share with your entire team but when there's a confidential template, you can also select to share with a particular colleague or a Hiring Manager. Only those invited will be able to view and create copies of the templates.
All you need to do is go into Messages -> Templates, Click on the three-dot icon of the template that you wish to share, then choose the respective option as you wish.
You can choose to share the template with any of your team members or with the entire team:

Why Do I Need to Share an Email Template?
Cooperation is key for better workflow and productivity. Templates are a type of collaboration tool used within your engagement process in hireEZ. These templates can be shared with your colleagues for them to use or clone if they want to personalize them. This way your projects are all working in unison towards a common goal.
Sharing your templates also allows your team an inside view into your engagement workflow that might help them enhance their own or give them the liberty to help you enhance yours with pointers or other useful tips that you may have overlooked.
Why the Option To Share or Keep Private?
After all that “sharing is caring” part of our templates, we also offer you the option to keep private those templates that are still premature. This way you can share them when you are finally ready to show them to your team or management.
The decision is yours, keep them private and work on them at your own pace as you wish.
