You are able to add attachments to your emails when you are engaging candidates through hireEZ. You may also save attachments to your sequences and templates for future use.

Add attachments to your engagement email
To add attachments to your engagement email, click on the attachment button in the toolbox.
After you add the file, it will be shown at the bottom of the email. Just like in your email box, you can click on the blue link to download the file to review it. If you want to delete the attachment, click on the cross on the right end of the box.

Save the attachments to your sequences
You may also save the attachments to your sequences. When editing, you are able to add files to each follow-up email separately.

Save the attachment to the template
Similarly, you can find the attachment button on top of the text bar when you create new engagement templates.

Once you save the attachment to the template, the file will appear automatically the next time when you select the template to reach out to the candidate.
