Reminders keep our most important priorities top of mind, even if we forget them. When it comes to screening and contacting candidates, setting automated reminders will keep your everyday tasks in order.
Set Reminders in the Candidate Profile
You can find the Reminders section under each candidate profile. When you don't have the time to talk to a candidate now, or would like to follow up with an interesting candidate at a later stage, you can click Add to set up a date or time for the near future to remind yourself. You can add multiple reminders for a single candidate at one time.
You can add a note on what's the reminder is about, although it's not a must it's recommended.
Once the reminder is saved, you are able to view them both on the candidate's profile.
You may also find the Reminders in the right corner of your dashboard.
Set hireEZ Reminders in Gmail/hireEZ Email Composing Window
You can directly set a reminder within Gmail if it's integrated with the hireEZ extension. To enable the feature, go to the Tool Box section of your hireEZ Chrome Extension and turn on the Gmail Assistant function from there.
You will then be able to locate the Reminder button by clicking the button Review and send in Gmail composing window. Setting Reminders when sending out emails helps you to never forget to reply to any important messages from the candidates, especially when you're packed with busy schedules and swamped with email influx. The Gmail reminders will also be reflected on your hireEZ Dashboard.
The emails that you have set reminders will be moved to hireEZ Reminders. They'll return to your inbox at the time you've set.
For any reminders you set within the candidate profile, you'll receive both an in-app notification and an email from hireEZ, as shown in the screenshot below. The link included will take you to the candidate's hireEZ profile.
You may also find the feature by clicking the button Review and send inside your hireEZ composing window.
We hope that the Reminders feature can alleviate some burdens off your brain and notebook, and smoothen your workflow.
