For example, if you are not able to view the contact details of the candidate directly from hireEZ, you may check out the candidate’s LinkedIn profile and contact the person from there. Or, you may talk to the person through Twitter and other social media platforms that are listed here. You can also read through the candidate’s posts and connections to see if the person is the right fit for your organization and the role.

If you are looking for tech professionals, go to their personal pages on GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Kaggle to view the candidates’ projects and performances in the field. You are able to know more about what the candidates are interested in and what skills they can bring to your team.

Similarly, if you are sourcing for talents from the healthcare industry, you can visit the candidate’s profile on platforms such as Healthgrades, Zocdoc, RateMDs, NPPES, and State Medical Boards and learn more about the candidate’s performance at work and the organization that the person is currently working for.

Moreover, you may leverage on the academic platforms including Google Scholar, arXiv, Zenodo, Research Gate, Microsoft Academics, and Aminer to view the candidate’s patents and publications in the professional field.
