hireEZ is always dedicated to improving team collaborations--one feature related to improving the efficiency of this is by leveraging the Profiles Hub. All critical candidate information can be saved directly in each hireEZ profile, so that you and your team can have the relevant documents in one place, from coding challenges and portfolios to cover letters and resumes.
You can find the Files tab under Insight.
You may also find the Files at the bottom of the candidate's card.
How to upload files of candidates
Click on the Add button and your browser will direct you to folders for you to select documents.
After uploading, you have the option to set a certain document as the resume, as is shown below.
You can delete the unwanted file by clicking on the trash bin button, and all of your team members can upload and delete files.
What formats of files does hireEZ support here?
Users will be able to upload up to 10 PDF, TXT, PNG, DOC files (<10MB for each file) to a hireEZ candidate profile.
Do I need to download files every time?
For documents such as PDF and PNG, you are able to preview them online. You will be led to a new page when you click on the names of these documents. For other documents, you may need to download the document to view the content.
