Previously when you come across a mismatched email address on a candidate’s profile, you need to mention it to your Customer Success Manager. Now with the Report Issue link, you are able to give feedback on our profile data directly from the candidate’s profile page.
Report Profile Issues
To report an inaccurate profile, click on the three dots button on top of the candidate’s profile page and select Report Issue from the drop-down menu.
On the pop-up window, you may check all applicable problems with the profile. For example, if you consider the overall information of the candidate is out of date, you can report the profile as “Outdated.” If you report mismatched emails or social links, you will have the option to enter a valid email address or link in the text bar below.
If there is any additional information that you would like to let us know, please leave your comments in the text box at the bottom. To report an issue other than an outdated profile or inaccurate contact information, tick the “Other” box and explain the issue with the profile in the text box.
After the issues are submitted, it will take up to 48 hours for our data team to review and update the profile. Your Customer Success Managers will also get a notification with your report and you may contact them to track the progress.
The Report Issue button here is for profile-related issues only, if you need to report a general technical issue with our product, please reach out directly to your Customer Success Manager.
Report Inaccurate Highlights Prediction
To report inaccurate highlights on the candidate’s profile page, click on Yes or No in the highlights section.
Please note your modification to the highlights of the candidate will not change the existing AI prediction automatically. The information will only be updated after it is reviewed and analyzed by our data and machine learning team.
