We have a few updates this week. The Boolean Builder one and the different currencies on Average Market Values are my favorites! Let's head to the topics and see which one are your top picks!
Boolean Builder: Quick Mode
We have combined the Smart Mode and Quick Mode for Boolean Builder a few weeks ago on the Chrome Extension. This week we made the change to our web app.
Now there are two options for Boolean Builder: Quick Mode and JD Mode. In the Quick Mode, You can generate the Boolean String by Job Titles or click on Show additional requirements and add more details to your search.

The Boolean Builder is located both on the navigation bar on the left and on top of the AI Sourcing filters.

Admins: Email Notifications Management
If you hold an Admin license, you are now able to select the email notification content on the Profile Settings --> Email Settings --> Email Notifications site. All entries are selected by default, you can uncheck any items and click Save to update the settings.

Please note, the changes on the page will only apply to you and will not affect other team members.
Admins: Apps Integration Notification
To maintain a secure and compliant approach towards your data privacy, we have added one more step for ATS integrations. If you are integrating your ATS with Hiretual for the first time, you will see a notification on top of the Apps page requesting permission to import and export candidate profile data from your systems. Please read through the document carefully and check the box if you agree to the content to enable the importing and exporting feature.

Once you checked the box, it will apply to all your team members. If you want to reverse the action, please contact your Customer Success Manager and we will assist from our side.
View Candidates' Average Market Value in Different Currencies
You are now able to view the average market value of the candidates in different currencies! When you look at the candidate's profile, click on the small national flag on the Average Market value section and select from the 14 popular currencies* that we offer. You will be able to view the converted value immediately.

Admin users can set a default currency for all users in the team and for specific groups. You can find the feature on the Admin Console --> Sourcing Configuration. You may set different currencies for your teams across the globe.

Once you set the currency for the team, the Average Market Values section in the Insights reports generated by your team members will also change to the updated currency. Moreover, team members can still choose to view the average market value in different currencies on the candidate's profile.

Copy the Emails on the Candidate's Card
Last but not least, now you can use the mouse to drag and select the email information on the candidate's card and copy and paste it to your mailbox. This will speed up your outreach process if you are not able to integrate your email with Hiretual.

That's all for the week! Good luck to all the athletes in Tokyo!
