Talent Data Cloud: Offline Importing

Hiretual's Talent Data Cloud solution is a deep two-way integration that allows you to centralize all your candidate profiles, and helps you refresh and enrich the existing profiles in your ATS talent pool.

Due to the API limitation, the maximum number of profiles that you can import from your integrated ATS was 100,000. Now when you have more than 100,000 profiles to sync to Hiretual, or if you are not able to integrate your ATS with Hiretual, you have the option to migrate the data offline.

You will have a dedicated Implementation manager and a team of support engineers that will work with you in conjunction with your CSM throughout the process. During the preparation stage, our team will discuss with you the scope and timeline of the project. To give you an idea of the time we need, the migration of 500k profiles may take a minimum of 5 weeks from start to finish.

Reports Page: Search History and Saved Searches

We have just added two new entries to the Customize Column on the User Details section of the Reports page.

You are now able to check the numbers of Search History and Saved Searches during a certain date range. If you are the Admin of the team, you may choose to view the data of the whole team or of selected users.

Candidate's Profile: Activity Log Filters

With the Activity Log tab, you are able to track if your team members have viewed, engaged, or moved the candidate to other projects or other stages of the pipeline.

Previously, all activities are listed together. Now you can choose to view activities under a specific category using the drop-down menu on the upper right corner of the section. For instance, you can check all the email communications between your team and the candidate, or who added the tags to the candidate.
