Hi sourcers and recruiters, we are here again. This week, we brought four additional features for you.

Bulk Add Previously Engaged Candidates in Bulk Emailing

In order to prevent you from stepping on your team members' toes, in bulk emailing, we automatically remove the candidates that have been reached out recently by your team. It used to be a painful process to add them back especially when there are multiple previously engaged candidates.

Now, by clicking the link above. The pop-out window enables you to bulk add them back in your email.

Also, you can now set Reminders in bulk for all candidates that you're sending emails to. For example, if want to remind yourself to give all the candidates a call via phone that don't respond after a specific time period. You'll find those set reminders in each candidate's profile as well as on your Dashboard when you first login.

Notification

We made a minor improvement on notifications to help you better track your messages. Click the ... in the top right corner after you go into the little bell symbol. You will be able to set the rules for your notifications.
