Candidates Insights in the Search Result

We've further enhanced the Market Insights report generation feature we just released last week. Now you can View Insights directly in the Search Result page as well.

Within this page, you are able to click on each bar in the Insights charts to narrow down to specific filters, and provide you more clarity on the types of candidate personas that are associated with that data point.

Accurate Title Search for the Healthcare Tab

Healthcare recruiting differs from other industries. It is a title-sensitive industry. Recruiters need the candidates with the exact titles instead of clustering of titles. Therefore, once you check the Healthcare checkbox and enter clinical roles in the General Job Title filter, you will only see candidates that match the entered title.
