Hi recruiters, how are you? I hope you are safe and happy in this beautiful summer. This week, we have four new features involving Market Insights data, Talent Data Cloud, and Sourcing.
Market Insights Data Generation for your Pipeline
This is my favorite one. At the same time, it is also one of the most highly requested features. After screening out candidates that are not a fit, you will have the rest of your candidates in varying pipeline stages. You can run a full Insights report directly from your pipeline, based on the profile information for the candidates in these stages of your hiring process (as opposed to the entirety of the talent pool). You can leverage this information to decide the basic qualifications, salary and even the job description of the position
Click the View Insights, by default, you will see the insights of all the candidates in your pipeline. You can check the insights of single or multiple stages by deselecting some stages until it fits your needs.

Talent Data Cloud ATS Configuration in Admin Settings
We built a Talent Data Cloud Dashboard in our new Admin Console. On the Talent Data Cloud Tab, admins will be able to check the ATS insights and ATS candidates sourcing metrics which can provide a visualized picture of the data import. Admins also gain more control of the Talent Data Cloud. You can pause the fusion process and edit the rules according to your workflow and data enrichment requirements.

JD Parsing Improvement
Instead of only parsing titles and skills before, we can also parse locations while you are using JD parsing mode.
