Sometimes when you reach out to a candidate, the person might want you to communicate via a different email address. Or, after chatting with the candidate, you may have new experiences/information that you want to add to the candidate's profile. In these cases, you can edit and update the profile for future references.

Update Basic Info
You may edit the candidate's Name, Location, and Highlighted Information through the top part of the profile. Hover your mouse to the section and you will see a small pencil in the corner.

Click on the pencil button and edit the information in the pop-up window.

Update Contact Info
Likewise, you are able to find the pencil button next to the candidate's contact information.

You may edit the candidate's existing email addresses or click on Add email to include new emails. You can also choose another email as the primary email when messaging the candidate and edit the phone number of the candidate in the text bar below.

Update Social Profiles Info

You can update the social links of the candidate by clicking on the pencil in the section.
Update Experience
You can find the pencil button in each part of the candidate's experience.

Click on the pencil button to edit or delete the experience or use the Add button to put additional experience here.
